We typically do not include valve stems with the wheels we build and sell.
However, we stock several types of valve stems that can be purchased
separately.

3. Deposits

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all custom-made wheels.

4. Turnaround Times

We cannot guarantee specific turnaround times on custom-made products. Our staff works diligently with attention to detail, and we do our best to complete all work in a timely manner.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Installation Instructions

(READ COMPLETELY BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES)

1. Test Fit All Wheels

Always test fit all wheels to your vehicle before mounting tires. Ensure that the bolt pattern and hub size are correct, and that there is adequate clearance for the brake system. Check for proper fender and caliper clearance, as well as proper wheel rotation. Perform these checks both while the car is lifted and after it has been lowered. Finally, drive the vehicle at low speeds to verify proper clearance.

2. Tire Sizes

We generally do not recommend specific tire sizes unless we are selling or installing those tires. There are too many variables, such as different manufacturers' width specifications, to provide accurate recommendations.

3. Mounting Tires

Always mount tires according to the direction specified by the tire manufacturer. Do not inflate the tire to more than 60 psi to seat the bead. Follow the manufacturer's recommended rim width for tire and wheel combinations.

4. Stud and Lug Nut Installation

  • Check for excessive stud length. Excessive stud length can prevent a wheel from being properly torqued to the mounting surface.
  • Tighten the lug nuts in a progressive criss-cross pattern.
  • Do not use impact tools to tighten lug nuts.
  • Tighten the lug nuts to the OEM manufacturer’s recommended torque specs.
  • Ensure that the stud penetration into the lug nut is not excessive. The stud should be clean, rust-free, and have no damaged threads.
  • After driving 25 miles, recheck the torque specs on the lug nuts.

5. Wheel Maintenance

Keep your wheels clean and dry. We recommend using mild car wash soap and water. Never clean wheels while they are hot.
